Fees & Contracts
As with any service, you get what you pay for. Craven Wildlife Control will do a professional job at a reasonable rate. We take every precaution possible to ensure that you get exactly what you want while at the same time protecting you and your family. Some people try to do it themselves or find someone to do it for free.  Unless you have experience removing wildlife it can cause major problems for an expert to come in and finish a "free" job done by a goodhearted neighbor or friend. Depending on how "educated" the animals become can make capturing them and removing the animals much more difficult and cost you, the home owner, much more than it would have if you would have called a professional first.

This picture is after 3 months of "free" beaver work and over $6,000 dollars of damage to the property with no results. Timber was damaged, fences destroyed, agricultural crops ruined and roads and drainage ditches flooded. This could have all been avoided with one call to Craven Wildlife Control!

Nuisance Wildlife Removal
:
The cost of set-up and inspection of a site usually runs around $100. This fee is to be paid in full at time of departure during the inital house call.

There is a  per animal charge for removal depending on species and relocation/disposal/cremation fee. Some animals cost more simply because they are harder to catch and remove or they are large and difficult to dispose of.

There is a $25 a day charge to come out and inspect traps. This fee covers gas, daily trap checks*, removing animals from traps, re-setting traps and re-baiting.  You can check traps and this fee is waived on some jobs, some restrictions do apply.

We can and do solve wildlife problems for a flat fee**. Flat fee charges includes all setup fees, milage and animal disposal/relocation charges.

Some animals are better taken care of with a 1 year contract*** designed for your specific area and problem.

*               NCWRC Trapping Rules and Regulations states: “Every trap MUST be visited daily and any animal
caught therein removed, except for completely submerged Conibear-type traps, which must be visited at least once every 72hrs and any animal caught therein removed”.

**         Flat fee jobs are taken on a case-by-case basis.

***           1-year contracts have the promise of a minimum of 3 visits to the property specified in the contract per year. Contracts range from $750-$10,000 dollars depending on species targeted and size of the job.
